There has been much widespread interest amongst our readers of the popular Dr Dato series that I have decided to resume the series since many have found useful material and information from the last series.

So continuing from the last series, I will cover all subjects related to online dating and the trends and changes occurring as we speak. The online dating world is a huge area that is drawing all kinds of people from all facets of life. We have single mums who find it hard in their busy life to take the time out to meet that someone special, entrepreneurs who are clambering onto the next big wave in online dating, mobile dating on the rise (which i reported in my last post) and the millions of singles who are jumping to the online dating world to hook up for short and long-term relationships.

Its a fallacy to think that only online dating sites provide the platform for singles to find other like-minded singles, in fact, there are other websites where this is happening on a daily basis, most notably social networks such as facebook and even craigslist.
