The main issue that users had with this article was that the traffic statistics claimed by the site ignighter.com was way out of line with the traffic stats. pulled from reputable sources. If you visited their site, you will clearly see a labeling that boasts ‘#1 visited group dating site in the world’. This has been cleverly ’sculpted’ with the word ‘group’ in that sentence which I would assume most users will likely ignore.

The look and feel of the website is average and site needs a lot of work to improve its first impressions with people since this crowd of internet users can very easily go elsewhere for their dating habits.

This posts attempts to make a point that San Francisco is special amongst daters in the eyes of OkCupid, Match and eHarmony. I fail to see the point, except that it creates an interesting readable article where they can also introduce new dating startups in this area in the name of DateBuzz and Skout. Also, the fact that Northern California is home to Apple and Android makes the article more plausible.

With regards to the statistics of online daters in the California region, Jumpdates.com has consistently shown the following trends in the table below. This clearly shows that Los Angeles has twice the activity of San Francisco… as it should be.
