Firstly, we need to understand that healthy relationships are built from core fundamental values and without these the relationship will surely falter.

These core values include honesty, integrity and respect.

Most relationships are doomed to failure if there is an illicit interest by the other person such as manipulating to seek worldly gains, sexual conquests without fear of repercussion.

Some men and women choose to enjoy this role because it can give them intense pleasure of being in control and successfully carrying out their hidden agenda to complete fruition.

However, in time these people are the cause of their own destruction, because they do not ‘value’ anyone due to their self-interest.

This causes them to feel more lonely and painful and continue to mask their character flaw by continuing to engage in these activities that ultimately will lead to their demise.
