Groupeelove is a group dating site with it’s new concept of online dating and has come onto the stage about a couple of years ago. Like Ignighter.com that we reviewed earlier, it hasn’t quite taken the online dating industry by storm but has a steady flow of users trying to grasp the full concept of this dating site. Once logged in, you will see some more sections to complete your profiles and just like other dating sites you need to give more personalized information like your habits, pets, body build etc. you also have to provide a summary of yourself, your perfect match, favorite music, favorite movie and deal breaker.

The e good thing is that the profile information is not mandatory, however, if you want to be found and have sufficient number of people to contact you, then you will need to fill the information in as best as you can.

Unfortunately, there are no signup options using the ‘facebook connect’ which appears to be fairly common to the dating sites of today and very convenient.

Login to the site is done through username and password and if you have just signed up, the site will keep you automatically logged in without having to login again.

The menus are positioned nicely across the top of the page once logged in.

Customization through the website is very easy and you can edit your profile, delete your picture, change email address and password.

If you do not want other people to view your profile incase you are taking a break or some other reason you have the option to enable/disable viewing to site members and group mates.

For controlling your messages, you can adjust the message sending so that only group members can send you messages and if other members want to send messages then they need to have a group profile photo.

You can also accept or reject group invitations.

Photo Profile Section

Uploading profile photo is at the stage of the registration only but you can also upload your photo after you have a become a fully fledged member to GroupeeLove.

Photo uploading can be done from you computer only and you cannot import them from facebook or orkut account.

The quality of the picture remains the same but there are no online photo editor and cropping picture facility on this site.

People who likes to store and share more pictures will pleased to know that you can upload many picture on this site and there are no rules or limitations for doing this.

Browse & Search Feature

Browsing through Groupeelove.com happens to be easy as the user menu and all access to the main features of the site are placed distinctively at the top. You can view your profile, photos, visitors list and your group in ‘my profile’ section.

Searching is what consider to be an important aspect of any online dating site as it can tell you a number of things such as the quality of members on the website, how specific I can filter my search, total number of members on the site and more.

Groupeelove is rather fun in the search field.

You can search for your date through basic information like age group, ethnicity, marital status and inclination.

For a detailed search, you can do this by location, features and other miscellaneous factors like zodiac sign, income, smoking/drinking habits education, pets etc.

Searching for singles may be a little difficult but you can go through the home page and then search for the featured single members on the site.

You can also make group searches and sort them by name, members joined and ratings.

I tried using this but it displayed that I don’t have the necessary permission to access some of the groups, probably due to the restrictions you can place in your own group settings mentioned earlier. However, you can create your own groups.
