On the other hand, if you were of the extreme where you distrusted everyone you could be labeled as withdrawn and not friendly.

It would be nice to be somewhere in the middle where we could balance the viewpoints and remarks made by everyone and draw our own conclusions.

I once had a rude awakening when I was sat in a class and we were talking about group theory as it applies to the work place.
