One of the first things you need to do before you try to reinvent yourself is to take a good look at yourself and how you arrived here.
You got here for a very good reason and it’s all because your thoughts, drive and ambition and much more were important parts of your life.
One of the key points you need to ask yourself is, are you happy with the way you are or are you unhappy with your situation.

being happy is key to most things in life
Take a good look at all the points that give you happiness, joy and dissatisfaction in your life.
To me this is the first part of the evaluation assessment of yourself and it will help you how you shape your life in the future.

Obviously I am unable to answer your burning life-long questions of how to make yourself supremely content and satisfied in your life, but I can say that without a good dose of ‘happiness’ in your daily lives, you will not be successful in the pursuit of quality dates.
It is exactly this frame of mind that others perceive you and measure you by, especially women who are highly instinctual and can see through the façade.

perceiving oneself is important in how others see you
If you are happy you automatically project a sense of self-confidence that will come out on the outside and you stand a better chance of getting more attention than usual.
Dating will then become natural for you as having coffee and cup-cakes.

There are some situations in our daily lives that we don’t have much control over, for example, the work we do and the people we interact with and the continuous grind of daily living to earn and provide.
How can you change your life in such a way that you can get some sort of satisfaction from doing it and at the same time feel contented?

being busy can bring contentment in your life
I am here to say, that it is entirely possible. If you look around you, not everyone has the same point of view as you, look at the people who are actually ‘happy’ and seemingly enjoying their job.
Do not dismiss this as a rare occurrence or how he/she is built, try to learn the things that make them tick and you may find yourself by applying some of their principles that you come to enjoy the work you do.
I sometimes look at the bigger picture and see myself where I want to be in a few months down the line and this can make my daily work more manageable and enjoyable at the same time, because each piece will get me to my bigger goal.
Enough said on this subject and I will elaborate on this topic another time, but for now, the key point is to put yourself in a level of energy higher than where you are and be happy from day to day.

Let’s get down to our topic of what we can do to improve our chances of having dates and not just wannabe dates but dates that you really want with the people that you like.
Think of the steps to acquiring a date which essentially involves an introduction to that person and then actual asking them out on a date.
Here is our first stumbling block, because most of us already know this and have already fast forwarded to the eventful time of where we picture ourselves asking the person for a date.

thinking too much of that eventful time can make you anxious
Naturally this scenario gets replayed over and over again in our heads, trying to figure out the exact time and place and when the mood is just right to ask the person.
This only complicates the issue and will eventually make you anxious, and may even hold you back from ever asking that person out.

The right situation to ask a person will never arise, in fact, the situation is always available to you, you just simply need to be natural, creative and act.

be natural and you wont become anxious
Since this fictional picturesque time in the future will never happen, you will need to stop pondering and act in the moment in time. If you make it a big deal, it becomes exactly that, a big deal inside of your head.
Have you ever noticed that when you engage in something that you enjoy, you can lose all track of time and for a moment in time you don’t know where you are and what happened in the last few minutes.
This is the condition that some people are able to master and bring it into their daily lives and when you observe them from the outside, you could say they were totally immersed in whatever work they were doing and interestingly enough get a buzz out of it.
