It is somewhat refreshing to see that the site does not contain any banner advertisements.

Registration Process

Registration to the site is easy and free and you need to provide your name, email and password.

There are three steps to the profile creation with the first step you need to create your account by giving details such as your country, state, date of birth, gender and last name.

The second step of the registration requires your basic details including your appearance like eye color, hair color, height, body type etc. you also need to give details about your lifestyle like smoking, drinking, marital status, occupation and about your background and cultural values.

I did not like that the site asks you questions about your father, mother, brothers, sisters and their marital status because this information may have been useful in a previous generation but now, it no longer applies.

The third and final step is to give information about your match followed by a confirmation email that contains your login details information.

Login & Customizing Profiles

It is disappointing to know that the site does not log you in automatically after sign up and you will need to go back to the site and login. Although not a big deal, these tiny details add to the whole users experience.

After you login you will see the user menu at the top which contains online members, mails, lists, search, my profile and settings.

Customization through the site is easy and you can edit your profile, my matches, personality, cupid tags interests and videos and you can also change your password and email notification settings.

Searching is easy and you will enjoy using this feature to locate potential partners.

There is a basic search in which you have to give your gender, age range and location of the match with an advanced search which can be made by giving more details about your match.

The best thing I like about the searching feature is that you can make your search of the person by name if you are interested in a specific name.

You can also search by a member id number but for this you should be a regular user and have some members information already stored in your favorites or elsewhere.

Most popular searches can also be seen which displays all the popular searches made by other members of the site.

There is a cupid tag search in which you will see lots of tags and you can search by those tags.

Messaging

Messaging seems to be easy and you can send message to the members even if you are a free account user but for reading new messages, either the sender or receiver should be a paid member.

You can add the person to your favorites list and show an interest in them.
