I noticed a very interesting and somewhat of a strange behavior on the site and that is if I click on a searched profile it does not show me the details of the profile and only shows the name and If I wanted to see their photo I would need to obtain permission from the user.

Messaging

Messaging feature of this site is good yet not complete as chat, adding favorite, blocking, report abuse is there but sending a message when the person is off line is missing. Sending gifts is not free and you need to pay and buy credit points that can cost you from $10 to $40.

Other Features

The other features of the website includes a blog and there doesn’t appear to be any other prominent features that makes the site more interactive.

Badoo is operational in 180 countries with 25 different languages but it’s not well known here in the USA.

The  site claims to have over 104 million member base from all over the world. Most of the users are in the age group from 20’s to 50’s. Since this site is free, it looks like that it caters well to the fun going users rather than say for serious online daters.

Longetivity

Well this is a tricky one to answer for this site as daters seems to be there for fun and not for serious dating. I would revisit this section again to conclusively say whether the site caters to the serious daters out there.

Conclusion

The eye catching look and feel of this site is what comes across as very appealing with minimum use of color. The Badoo registration happens to be the best so far in this series of reviews of all dating sites. Primarily because of this reason that the site has garnered such a big following.

Customization has been given much thought and the site offers good user and privacy features.

Photo uploading and creation of the album are exceptionally well done and a pleasure to use. Searching for profiles is unfussy.

Messaging is free but yet seems to be incomplete as some of the mail features are missing.
