Customization through the website is very easy and you can edit your profile, delete your picture, change email address and password.

If you do not want other people to view your profile incase you are taking a break or some other reason you have the option to enable/disable viewing to site members and group mates.

For controlling your messages, you can adjust the message sending so that only group members can send you messages and if other members want to send messages then they need to have a group profile photo.

You can also accept or reject group invitations.

Photo Profile Section

Uploading profile photo is at the stage of the registration only but you can also upload your photo after you have a become a fully fledged member to GroupeeLove.

Photo uploading can be done from you computer only and you cannot import them from facebook or orkut account.

The quality of the picture remains the same but there are no online photo editor and cropping picture facility on this site.

People who likes to store and share more pictures will pleased to know that you can upload many picture on this site and there are no rules or limitations for doing this.

Browse & Search Feature

Browsing through Groupeelove.com happens to be easy as the user menu and all access to the main features of the site are placed distinctively at the top. You can view your profile, photos, visitors list and your group in ‘my profile’ section.

Searching is what consider to be an important aspect of any online dating site as it can tell you a number of things such as the quality of members on the website, how specific I can filter my search, total number of members on the site and more.

Groupeelove is rather fun in the search field.

You can search for your date through basic information like age group, ethnicity, marital status and inclination.

For a detailed search, you can do this by location, features and other miscellaneous factors like zodiac sign, income, smoking/drinking habits education, pets etc.

Searching for singles may be a little difficult but you can go through the home page and then search for the featured single members on the site.

You can also make group searches and sort them by name, members joined and ratings.

I tried using this but it displayed that I don’t have the necessary permission to access some of the groups, probably due to the restrictions you can place in your own group settings mentioned earlier. However, you can create your own groups.

Messaging

I wasn’t very excited about Groupeelove messaging feature as you can only send text messages.

A new feature of the messaging sections is that you can send a ‘wishmail’ where you can send a wish to the members which had previous communication with. A ‘groupvite’ (invitation to other groups can also be sent.

If you do not wish to make contact with other members, you can quite easily block them.

People who love to send virtual gifts, kisses, hugs etc will be disappointed since there are no such features on this site however, chat and flag the member are available.

Other features

The Groupeelove has similar features to other niche dating sites but it also has the option to create or join pre-screened dating groups made up of individuals who match a set of pre-determined criteria.

What I like about this site is that you can see how many people have visited your profile and other statistics related to your group.

Member Base

Member base of the site is very good and you will find members of all age groups.

However, it seems to appeal more to the young population with a majority belonging to the U.S. group (no pun intended).

Longevity

I personally tried using this site for a good few hours and found that the site has got many members that seems to match well with my profile.

I will need additional time to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of this site, so keep watching this space.

Ranking Statistics

Though the site has got a good member base, it does not have a good ranking yet. Being that it is a fairly new site, it will take some time for this site to get up in the ranks along with other players in the market.
