You can upload your profile photo from your computer up to a maximum of 8 photos and it must be in jpg, gif or png format. It should not be bigger than 250 kb in size, which I found to be somewhat too restrictive. Inappropriate photos are not allowed on the site. You can make it your profile photo or keep it hidden and only send it to the person you want to via mail.

Advanced search: It is more advanced than the basic search. It has all the fields of basic search and includes many more such as – keyword, body type, denomination, education level, etc.

One should be very careful in giving the criteria of the search because if it is too specific then no filtered results can be found.

Username search: You need to know the username and enter it exactly the way it is used in the website in order to use this search.

New Users: Gives the list of the users which have joined the website recently.

Women or Men Online (Now or Today): Gives the list of men or women which are online right now or which were online today.

All the search results are given by the criteria you have given for your partner in your profile.

Messaging

Just like other dating sites christiandatingforfree.com also provides the facility of messaging.

You can chat or message a user with the help of IM and you can IM a user if the user is online.
