Got your attention, didn't it? I'm a great catch who hasn't been caught by the "right man" in a long time. I'm very family oriented; I love to read, especially science fiction, horror and true crime stories (no sappy romance novels for me); I love to travel even though I don't have the time at the moment and I love to "play" in my garden (it's a good excuse to get grubby without feeling guilty). I have a great, but somewhat warped sense of humor; I like almost everything musically (just not rap or reggae); my taste in films is pretty much the same as my taste in books. I'm mostly Native American, and I prefer Native American or Hispanic men (meaning someone over 48) who have a good sense of humor, compassion for others and respect for other people's feelings. I'm also a deeply religious practicing Catholic who attends services every week. Unless you are too, then you're wasting your time and mine. I've dated people of other faiths and for me, it doesn't work. I don't like bigots (ugly people), control freaks, insensitive people, players or married men who are looking for "something on the side"; I'm looking for someone who is honest and sincere. I love to get "out and about" as much as I can, so couch potatoes don't interest me very much. There's so much more to life than channel surfing. I'm looking for someone who's willing to be my friend first; someone who DOESN'T want to jump into a sexual relationship right off the bat. Since I am a practicing Catholic, a Catholic man who attends church on a regular basis is imperative. He should be fun, have a great sense of humor, be open to new experiences and be willing to do something silly once in a while just for the fun of it.
