Funny, honest, spontaneous and unique!

My name is Shawn and I'm a very unique guy. People that really know me tell me I make a difference in their life, maybe I can make one in yours? (: I've got a good sense of humor and I love to make people laugh. I'm not sure what to expect from this but I'm taking my chances, so take a chance on me!!! I absolutely love music. I'm mostly a rock/alternative kind of guy, though my brother-in-law is starting to get me into metal. I'm definitely what you call a dreamer. Right now I'm looking for a job with the hopes that I can save up enough money to go backpacking across Europe! (: I love driving and seeing new places, its pretty much my favorite thing to do and I have withdrawals when I can't. :P I've never met a person i couldn't talk to because communication is very essential to me. I'm down to earth and honest, I literally won't lie to you or anyone else. Not to benefit myself or protect you, I don't believe in that nonsense. I'm a very firm supporter of the truth. This gets a new line because its basically the motto of my life. Don't take life too seriously, noone gets out alive! I'm bubbly and happy every SINGLE day because what's the point of wasting a day of your life on negative emotion?! If I find myself in a bad mood, I can usually sit back and think for a few moments, snap my fingers and be good to go! That's because I believe that happiness is a decision you make, not an uncontrollable twist of fate determined by factors outside our control! The mind is an incredibly powerful tool when we use it correctly. If you read all that, thanks!!! I'm down to be a friend, a punching bag, an advisor, a shoulder to cry on, someone to bounce crazy ideas off of or just have a random conversation with every once in awhile.
