I was born and raised in Brooklyn New York. I am living in North Brunswick NJ for 14 years. I was married for 42 years when my husband passed away after 42 years of marriage. I have two grown sons, and just recently became a grandmother to a little girl back in Oct 2010. I love music, especially the 60's but I also love the new music of today. My favorites are Lady Gaga, Black Eye Peas, Adele, Pink, etc. I love to read especially James Patterson, Ann Rule, Stuart Wood, Mary Higgins Clark. I love being outdoors in any weather. I love going away for a weekend without a plan, just go. My favorite TV shows are Law and Order SVU, Mike & Molly, Criminal Mind. I love to cook and Italian Food is my speciality. It should be since I am Italian lolol. I am in very good health and I am not on any medication. However I do smoke and don't plan on quitting. I am a social drinker but only beer or wine, I don't like the hard stuff. But I love my Pepsi One and my Coffee. I love to bowl and occasionally go to Atlantic City, basically to see any shows I am not much of a gambler, I like the slots but just put so much money in and walk away. If I should win, I walk away.
I love to laugh and am looking for that special someone with a sense of humor. I am looking for someone who is no younger then 60 and no older then 75. He must be in reasonably good health, not overweight or bald. I am looking for a gentleman who is from the old school who treats a woman like lady. I am more then willing to share his interest and I hope he is willing to share mine. About life style :
My lifestyle is very simple, I go out with friends either to lunch or dinner. Or I get together with friends to play cards. I also go bowling when I can. It's been a little hard since most of my friends are married and I feel like a fifth wheel. I babysit my granddaughter who lives in Staten Island three days a week Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. I am home Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday until Monday night when I drive badk to Staten Island to babysit. I have two cats, Luke who is a 25 lb tabby and an 8 lb siamese name Finnegan. I love relaxing with a good book or watching an old movie. I love the old movies better then the new ones. The new ones leave nothing for the imagination. I clean and take care of my home, go shopping, or just go for a drive. Saturday evening I go to church before I go out for the night. I am a Catholic. But I am not a holy roller if you know what I mean. I love to do things sporatically, spur of the moment.

I was born in Brooklyn New York. My dad was Italian and my mom was German but both born in the US along with their parents. I had one sister who died of cancer in 2009. I lived in a tough neighborhood called Red Hook Brooklyn. I am very street smart. My dad was a longshoreman and my mom was a housewife. My dad, husband, uncles were all in the US Army. I live in a townhouse in North Brunswick, NJ for the last 14 years. I have old fashion values. I treat people with respect and I expect respect back. I am not the type to sleep around like a lot of people do today. That person would have to be pretty special. My husband is the only one I slept with and that was after I wore a wedding ring. I don't like movies loaded with sex. I am no prude but I think sex belongs in it's proper place. I am a secretary by trade who is trying to find a weekend job to fill the hours, no luck so far. I am just looking for a nice gentleman to share my time with.

I am a secretary by trade although presently not working. I was a property administrator but I gave it up to care for my husband. I am now looking for something part time on weekends and evenings to fill in the hours. I went to secretarial school in Brooklyn and have been doing that work since I am 18. On my last job I helped people with the care and repair of their units. I would send work orders to our maingtenance crew. I would get bids for big jobs and I would take the minutes at the board meetings. I loved that job because I love people and helping them. I am a people person.
