I'm a romantic and into PDA(nothing obscene), I enjoy most activities since I believe that it isn't the what that matters, it's the who you're doing it with!! Not quite ready to dive into a serious relationship, yet. But I would very much enjoy making friends and giving myself the time to heal. I do need the presence of women in my life and believe that jumping back into the dating scene will speed the healing process. I like to write poetry and oil paint. I enjoy romantic moments and cuddling. I'm a man of above average intelligence and self educated, but don't laud these over others and always try to communicate clearly at the level of my companion. I enjoy most intelectual pursuits and also the simple things. I have been told in the past that sometimes I give the impression of being too good for others, actually that perception stemmed from a shyness and a lack of confidence. I have worked at overcoming those traits and would like to believe that I have made significant progress on that. In general I am a very affable person and have a huge appetite for humor. I have learned to never, never, ever take things in life too seriously. I always look for the silver lining and attempt to make it golden. May peace and love come to all who search for them.
