I do sort of live out in the sticks - a small town environment and at the edge of town, and as well I work graveyard and weekends. Neither of these circumstances are written in stone, however - it\'s just as it is currently. However, having lived most of my life in big cities I\'m finding that I prefer the rural quietude and don\'t find it boring. My interests are eclectic: I\'m an avid reader and find intellectual questions fascinating and move around easily within that realm. The last couple of years I\'ve been returning to an old passion: oil painting. It\'s slow going but continues to captivate me. Most of all - above all else - is humor. I don\'t take myself at all seriously and would rather laugh than most anything else. I don\'t expect a companion to have similar interests - and I don\'t think it\'s at all important.
