No one who has met me thus far, has been able, so - well? Um? Meet me and see? lol lol lol The only issues all have seemed to agree on are: #1 - I'm "unique", and #2 - I have a very "interesting" life/background (whatever that means lol).
I'm a survivor. I'm easy going, non judgmental, and I like people. I like to smile, and like to make others smile. I tend to be too trusting, and am often disappointed. I simply turn the other cheek, learn the lesson, and keep going. I don't have a 'harem' of friends, however, those in my life are there forever. I may become angered, but I have never ended a friendship over a wrong-doing. I believe we all make mistakes, and need the opportunity to be allowed to make amends, learn, and grow. I'm forgiving. Life is about change, adaptation, choices. I laugh and cry easily, I'm extremely sentimental.
I hunger for a like soul, who understands the difference between sensual and sexual, romance and courting/impressing, honesty and guile, infatuation and love, concern and jealousy, commitment for a relationship and commitment for a life time... IS he out there?...

I prefer tall men, six feet and over, who have made some effort to take care of themselves. I'm punctual, he should be, too. He must enjoy laughter. Assured, but not arrogant. Trusting, not jealous. Someone who lives in the moment, not dreams of a day which may never arrive. Open minded (non judgmental), sense of humor, desiring companionship - not a one night stand. Romantic and considerate. Life is not about breathing for the moment, but rather about the moments which take our breath away. He should be relationship oriented, and willing to work through issues. He should think it's fine to disagree, and still be respectful of our differences. Communication is vital. He should be open and honest about sharing his thoughts, his fears, his goals... his dreams. He should be affectionate. Attentive, but not clingy. He should be a good kisser, and like to kiss often (blushes). He should be open to new ideas, and experiences. I'm not devoutly religious, but I do believe. I lived with an atheist for nearly 26 yrs. and have come to know it's important to me that folks have some faith, even if it's only a little. Doubt is okay - disbelief is not. I do not attend church, though I did when I was younger. On the flip side, Zealots are hard to deal with as well.... All of life is about balance.

Married (mistake), worked odd jobs for several yrs. until settling in Va., then ran home businesses while raising my daughter.
'Separated after 24 yrs., chaos reigns, searching for my niche now. 'Training as a massage therapist. 'Alpha train dogs, and currently writing personalized short stories. 'Just doing whatever odd job it takes to pay the rent, during my state of transition, adjustment and discovery. No clue what's in store for the long-haul. I'll just have to discover that as I go...
