I love going to the gym!!!!!!!! I like reading books on fitness and nutrition, fitness mags...I'm not your typical girl who would pick up a Vogue mag. I prefer Oxygen or Fitness RX, and if it is more than two sheets of paper..Muscle and Fitness Hers. I love working out as I mentioned with my love for the gym, I definitely love to look like I have a bit of muscle and tone, and could kick some butt! I am not afaid to go into the weight room (stares and all lol), or bust out some squats on the Smith Machine...I'm not afaid or ignorant to the gym. I make my way around the whole thing with comfort lol. I would never ever want to look like a "stick "as I call it, that is just not healthy looking! If you look like that naturally then that is your thing...but I don't dig it. I also love to eat healthy...my bad eating days are not the norm for me...although in this day and age I am a minority it seems, why with all the junk floating around here...yuck! You are what you eat that is for sure!! I

I am Paula Grant,Here is Little about me I am usually very outgoing and social. I like to talk to just about anyone and listen to their stories. I ask many questions.. bordering on INTERROGATION. LOL I am considered to be very strong and assertive. Confident but not arrogant. I am addicted to "surveys" and Infomercials! I take my friendships very seriously. I have 3 or 4 friends that have been tight with me for 15 years. But I will stand by my "new" friends too. I am considered to be very open and forward. I just don't have time to try and read anyone's mind.and for My Friends,I hold my true friends in pretty much the same regard. I have a heart of gold and sometimes get taken advantage of because I'm too nice, but that's a price i'm willing to pay because I love my friends with my whole heart.
