Open-minded, hard-working, compassionate, loyal

I spend a lot of time working on my education (the nursing program requires a lot of my time), but I also like to spend time relaxing and going out with friends. I can be fairly shy if I don't know you well, but I tend to open up after finding something in common to talk about with others. I am very open-minded, but can be somewhat stubborn regarding my liberal-ish views on some issues (I firmly support gay rights, and will not hear a word against it). I prefer curling up at home to read a book or watch a movie over attending a party any day, but am more than willing to go out for the evening if it's with the right people. I love to travel, and despise the snow. I can't stand people without manners, common decency, or a firm grasp on grammatical concepts, and am usually five minutes late for everything. In my free time, I'm pretty good at wasting time on Tumblr, procrastinating on homework, and judging people's veins regarding the ease with which I could insert an IV while waiting in line to check out at the grocery store. I'd really like to meet someone that's looking for some kind of commitment. I'm tired of being the one trying to initiate spending time together or consistent communication, and someone with the same priorities and goals regarding relationships and the development of such would be nice. My schedule is kind of crazy, but I feel like we really click, I promise I'll make time for you!
