About life style :
I work nights so I sleep through most of the day, I dont like it to much but I dont have much of a choice. I usually go to the gym a few hours before work to workout, thats when I do my lifting. I usually run with my co-workers after our first night of work. Then I usually crash right out when I get home because I work about a 13 hour shift. On my days off I try to stay around the house so I can cook, clean, do laundry or just relax. (Im not that great of a cook though lol).

I grew up in Southaven, MS and moved around a lot when I was younger. My parents got a divorce when I was real young. My mother married a man named Bruce and we moved to Nevada. I moved back to my home town a few years ago then joined the air force so now Im in Columbus. I would say some of the values that I have is honesty, independent, and ambition. Im can be a very stubborn person sometimes too :P.
