About life style :
Not as active as I use to be since my retirement. I'm more a stay at home kind of person spending time with family. Only traveling I do now is when I go out of town to visit other family members. I'm not opposed to traveling if I had a traveling companion. I'm not into really large crowds and parties. I prefer simple things and a simple life. I do enjoy going to church,although I don't go as often as I should.

I was born and raised in the Tennessee hills. My dad was a coal miner/farmer/dairy farmer.My mom was a simple housekeeper and a christian who raised her nine children to be kind to others, and to help those less fortunate than us. We moved around a lot back in the day because dad had to find work wherever he could. Mom taught us that value wasn't in how much money you had, it was in how you saw yourself and how you treated others. If you want respect you have to earn it. I came from a poor family, and was raised to work hard, in which I did,and raised my children with the same values and morals. So in other words, my values are: be kind to others,show respect,work hard,loyalty,faithfulness,and honesty.
