How do I get support?

We make this available through our own messaging system, so there are no email addresses to remember. In fact we encourage our members to use this service for whatever issues because we aim to continuosly enhance and improve this service to our members. How do I change my profile?

After you login, you will be presented with a few links and one of them include a link for editing your profile, click on that and you will be able to change most of your profile settings that you selected when you registered.

Why are my messages blocked?

- Users can send a maximum of 50 messages per day.
- Submission of e-mail or instant messenger (IM) addresses, website addresses or URLs, phone numbers, profane or sexual content is strictly prohibited.

Why am I limited to 50 messages a day?

Putting a limit on the number of messages sent per day prevents spammers from using and abusing the site.

What if I want to meet someone in person? How do we exchange phone numbers?

Numbers can be given in the instant messenger. Open a chat box and exchange your phone numbers freely.

How do I block other members from viewing my profile, sending me emails, IMs, or introductions?

- You are able to block members on the Personal Preference page
- You are able to block individuals by clicking on the "Block User" button on the member's profile page
- You are able to block individuals by typing in their username on the Blocked Users page

How do I unblock other members?

- You are able to unblock individuals by clicking on the "Unblock User" button on the member's profile page
- You are able to unblock individuals by selecting the "Unblock Member" button on the Blocked users page

Your address, email and other personal information can be changed on the Basics page
