This naturally leads you to the next part of the act with much more conviction and force.
“She is going to be devastated and I am worried that she will do something foolish”.
You should now be patting yourself on the back for coming up with such a beautiful and creative line.
Ask yourself, who on earth would not believe you now.
Of course the next line is a progression towards the next but it’s all coming out incredibly natural to you and your other date still has no idea or clue.
‘It’s not like her to text me this way”, you say.
Again, you have done yourself proud, you are now almost a director, playwright, producer all wrapped up in one.
Let me take it up another notch you say, since you are having so much fun and your quiet admirer is gazing at you helplessly from the other side of the dinner table.

Are you all serious with all these lies and acting?! This is absurd! If you are on a date with a person that you have no chemistry with, please just tell them in polite and mature manor!
All you have to say is something like, “Please forgive me, you seem like a very nice person, but I really don’t feel that there is any chemistry between us as far as pursuing a relationship.” Then if you are VERY mature, and the company is not totally horrible, you can even offer to finish your dinner, and offer to pay your share (if you are a woman). You never know, you might make a new friend!
