<<< Understanding anger leading to resentment with the opposite sex – A man’s perspective – Part 19
In concluding remarks about resentment, we should always try to understand the situation that may lead us incorrectly to a feeling of resentment.
Today we are not likely to get along with everyone and it would be difficult to do so but we can however understand what are the cause of our ill-feelings and resentment that can upset and have a damaging consequence to our relationships with people.
One must understand that each one of us are wired differently and do not assume that everyone has your opinions or beliefs.
First remove any bias, prejudice of the subject and then address any personality hindrance that goes in the way of this, eg. being lazy then look at the problem objectively.
You may find that the other person is not able to see beyond their nose, which is ok.
If you have tried and helped others as a result and no improvement made, then you have to decide if you can live with this or not.
