The trick is to keep an open mind before you draw any conclusion that may lead you to resent the person.
Give the other person the ‘benefit of the doubt’.
It takes strong determination and courage to step up to the plate when you are faced with negative actions by another fellow human.

But this is truly a test of your character to face the music and see it exactly as it is from your shoes.
Do not jump to conclusion when tricky and uncomfortable situations arise. Listen, learn and understand what is being said and then keep an open mind surmise afterwards when you are free from distraction after the event.
You will notice that when you see famous politicians being interviewed, they almost always manage to keep their calm and wits about them when sensitive or controversial subjects arise.
