With so many different websites offering different messaging solutions for contacting other members, I was curious to find out what WooMe has to offer me.

The messaging feature looks similar to other dating sites and features email, sending gifts, pinging with gestures, rating photo and profile, blocking user and sharing your view with you facebook friends.

Feature like live chat also need a premium account called the VIP account, and this will fetch you back $9.99 to $24.99 per month depending on the number of months you subscribe to the service.

Other Features
WooMe has most of the basic features such as a blog and a community section. One feature I loved using is creating chat session and shuffle people.
In chat session, you can create chat session and invite people in that session. You can create the session on any date in the future. Shuffle people is the feature returning a random selection of people with photos.

There is a link for help on the woome.com, this provides you with all your answers to information about the login, type of account and many more. There is also a tab at the top which shows how many people visited you profile.

What’s Missing
Uploading photos only from the computer and with a limit of 8 photos is a negative aspect of the site.

Features such as search with zip code and search by distance also need to be there.

Member Base
Website appears to have a good member base with all age groups. People do respond to the messages sent by the user.

Most of the users are from USA, Canada and UK. The majority of the members are mainly in the age group around 20’s and 30’s.

Member base is mostly from their age group of 20’s to 30’s.

Longetivity

I tried using this site for some time and I found that a number of people visit your profile at least a few times. The woome site cleverly shows you a message of how many other people are visiting your profile, but this maybe a marketing ploy for you to upgrade to the premium account.

I need to spend more time on this site before I can determine the long-term effectiveness of the longetivity.

Conclusion

Woome has a very good registration process with a good profile information. Woome had neat and tidy photo uploading features as well as managing your photos. Messaging is effective with email, wink and linking comments of facebook is presented clearly.

Searching is not as well as I had expected, however, member base appears to be good and appealing to the younger crowd.

If you are very new to online dating then you should give Woome a serious consideration.
