After logging in for the first time, I was presented with the first step of populating my profile so that the information would allow other users to locate me faster.

Profile creation is very simple and yet it has variety of question that one can describe him/her in a better way.

This website has nice search pattern with good search results. As the name suggests, if you are new to online dating, jump on to jumpdates.

As in Matchdoctor.com (which I like) the way I describe my profile I can do it in same way with jumpdates.

That is to say all the information related to appearance, history, lifestyle, personality and more.

Here, you can also send an instant message to the other user.

On the menus we have an interesting item called “MeetMe”.

This menu helps you to get people searched by website, once clicked, the profiles appears with option Yes, No, Maybe and help you to select whether you like to meet the selected person of not.

This feature actually work close to what one can expect as it gives you the desired profile matched to your profile and compatibility.

Searching for other members show detailed informaiton about when the person was online, and a short description of the person.

It helped me filter my search to narrow down my results to specific types of people that I was looking for.

The information does really help me to connect with only active members since some members can be ‘hibernating’ and this can present a problem when you are trying to communicate with them.

The blog feature of the site is very good with interesting articles and also very useful.

The home page of site is easy to use and categorized into three sections preference, settings and message.

In preferences I can express myself as to what kind of profiles I want and the website helps me to find the best match for me.

Conclusion

All of the three website have IM feature so that I can use to connect to other members and have an instant chat with them.

I am fairly new to the online dating scene and so I have tried to make a fair comparison of all three websites.

I would encourage you to join all three websites because you never know who can be ‘knocking on your door’.

All three websites (www.matchdoctor.com, www.Plentyoffish.com, www.Jumpdates.com) have good profiles, styles and nice options for finding dating partners.

Matchdoctor has the most comprehensive features of the site and likely has an edge over the other two.

When it comes to creating and searching profile Matchdoctor and Jumdates appear to have the upper hand but the chemistry and MeetMe features provided by Plentyoffish seems to have an appeal.

Matchdoctor has many features that make it close to a complete dating weebsite, there is feature like chat yet to come live, which I am looking forward to viewing.

I really like the blogs of Jumpdates over Matchdoctor because it is comprehensive and very informative.

All of the sites are 100% free dating sites and worth registering.

If I were to rate each website, I will give 3.0 to Matchdoctor, 2.5 to Jumpdates and 2.00 to Plentyoffish out of score of a top score of 5.

All in all, it has been a good experience for me with these sites and only time will tell when I will find that elusive partner ☺.
