Photo Profile Section

In the photo section you can upload up to 1 Mb size per photo only and in jpeg/jpg format only. If you have any other format like – bmp, gif, png or any other you wont be able to upload to the site as they will likely to be too big. You can also set your photos as a primary photo and profile photo(s).

Browse & Search Feature

On top of the the web site pages you can find menus – Home, Free Join, Profile, Gallery, Photo, Video, Rate me, Chat room, Blogs, Forum , Radio, Classifieds.

After logging into your profile section, you will find menus where you can search for a match using Quick search and the Detail Search. In quick search you can search your date by filling some details like- which kind of person you are searching for, username, age criteria, location, state, city, zip code and you can also save your Quick search.

Quick search is not all that user friendly because most of my search results led me to a message ‘No records Found’. You need to be fairly specific in the search criteria to find any useful results. Part of their improvement programme should include a revisit to this section and making the generic search a lot better than what it is.

For using the detailed search facility of this site you must have premium dating account which means a paid subscription.

Messaging

Messaging is also a very important feature of this site like all other dating sites. You can send email, emotions, pc to pc call, and IM.

You can also use the chat room for global chats with every online persons like the Yahoo Chat Room and use feature like smiles and video chat. Again, these features are for premium dating account holders only.

Other Features

This web site has also some common features like video/webcam chatting, add persons to favorite list, black list, blogs, forum and rate me on any profiles. However, what attracted me was the most uncommon features to any dating site and that is their online radio, mp3 songs and video uploading.

Features missing

Some of the feature in this site that I saw including the limited customizing, quick search is only for the basic user and all the other good features are only for premium account users only.

Member Base

It was difficult to say how many users reside on this site but what was clear is that most of the users are based in US and Canada.

Longetivity

I tried to contact some people through the site but there is only Email and Emotions features available for the free user so you can’t connect with your date, you must have Premium account for use of IM and messaging.

Conclusion

This website has a quick and easy registration process under 3 minutes exactly like the way the site describes. I most like the features like Mp3, video uploading, and most impressive feature which I liked is the Radio. However, since this is supposed to be a dating site, I was not impressed bye the matching system because without a premium upgrade you can’t use much of the dating services they have to offer.

Other parts of the site that leaves me wanting are as follows;

Most of the features as I described are for premium account users only and other sections of the ‘free’ parts are for advertisement only.

Whenever you use features such as profile visit, chatting, pc-pc call, it always opens a new windows or popup which is annoying.

In uploading primary photo you can upload only Jpeg/Jpg format photo, other file format are not supported such as gif which is widely used.

If you have some money to spend, then you can try out datingtorelating.com, but the unprofessionalism of the site leaves you thinking whether you should go the whole hog .
