You may think that you can benefit by not adding ‘dates’ to your post but these actions in my opinion are based on myths which I have tried to explain.
By adding dates to your active dating blog helps the user appreciate the dates when the article was posted so they can make an assessment of when and why they should read it, it is not for you to dictate what they should do. If you do have another motive for doing this, it is very likely that the end user will come to know about it and you will lose credibility with your readers even if you are pushing out constant streams of posts.
On the other hand, by withholding date information, you may find yourself in a sticky position as many websites have come to learn from Googles most recent algorithm changes in the way it deals with original content.
If you are true to your content then everything else follows including whatever information that would be useful to your reader and should be made available.

We have up to now seen such uncanny parallelism to operating a business and the way we should operate our dating profile. Having previously addressed the way we should convey our product/services and in the case of the dating example our online dating profile, we can now move onto promoting the item.
Again the analogy of the business makes total sense and is equally applicable to the online dating profile.
Business can only survive by aggressively seeking out the ‘customers’ and trying to get the word out. Those businesses that only expect customers to come knocking on their door are dreaming and usually do not get far, however, some mom and pop shops do because they often have the street traffic and also the location.
To really make your business shine (profile shine) you need to get the word out and that is your next important step.

You are probably now keen to understand the similarities and association of the strange analogy between business and online dating but as mentioned, it is vital that you grasp the fundamentals of it first before we can proceed further.
Previously we described the business entity as have a mission and purpose and its sole purpose is to fulfill that mission in the most effective way possible. With regards to online dating, we have a somewhat different mission and purpose and that is to find a soul-mate and I am speaking for serious people who are looking for a long-term partnership.
