Time for New Years Resolutions for Dating with a Difference
Thursday, January 3rd, 2013
Dating is a very personal matter for many people and everyone has their own preferences regarding who they want to date and where they want to go out for a date. If you have been unfortunate in the area of dating in 2012, then its time for a change. However, don’t expect these changes to be dramatically different from last year, just a few simple tweaks here and there are all that is needed.
Here are some great tips to add more spice to your date.
1. Change the pattern of dating
If you find movies are something you like to do and this hasn’t worked for you, try something different. Why not pick up a local show such as a play or even a dance venue. You don’t have to take part but you can watch and learn along with your date and make fun conversation.
2. Instead of coffee buy a healthy drink
Meeting up for coffee is usually the norm on a first date, why not spice it up with a twist. Buy a healthy drink from your favorite organic supermarket such as an exotic blend that you have never heard of before. Take it with you along with your date and sip through the exotic drinks as you have a light chat.
3. Why not some fun activity
Many dating experts will discourage you from doing anything too active during the first date, however, you can learn a lot from each other when you are spontaneous and engaged in some kind of light activity. Meetup at a bar and play some darts while you are at it, or take your tablet and pull out one of those great free apps such as Paintology and sketch something together.
4. Amusement center
What can be more fun than a visit to the amusement center where there are plenty of video games, football, air hockey and other fun activities. This is a sure way to get engaged with each other and find out what makes you tick and its also very light on the pocket. Don’t go overboard with the games and make sure you are paying attention to what your other date likes or dislikes.
There are many ways to spice up the dating life. 2012 may have been a dull year for you but 2013 can be very interesting and fun with just a few simple tweaks.
