No one every said that online dating is easy and not only that, it can be very stressful if you are not too careful. This post has been written by medical doctor who gives sensible advise on how to reduce your stress load when it comes to online dating since without good health what’s the point of dating, right?
Although he covers several points that affects stress and how to reduce this, I have taken the most important ones and listed here.
- take out coffee or any caffeine out of your diet: this is a common advise given to many people and can have much beneficial effects on the body and system
- exercise: you knew this was coming, but clearing your head and going for a short walk can do you a world of good
- mult-tasking: pace yourself at work and play, you can often tell when you are being un-productive when something is taking longer than usual, go for a break and come back and tackle whatever task with a fresh mind.
So there you have it, the actual advise will also apply to your other walks of life. In online dating, pace yourself, be consistent and you will find that you are less stressed than you think and at the same time being productive with your tasks.
