Smartphone Communication is a Relationship Killer?
Telecommunication has certainly revolutionized the way people connect to each other by shortening the geographical location and it doesn’t matter where you live as you can still stay in touch with your loved ones.
Companies like Apple, Google and other players that develop operating system platforms are constantly working on it to innovate something new that simplifies communication and to a large extent they can call themselves successful.
However, if some one says that these Smartphones are the biggest relationship killer of modern era then it’s not totally wrong. Our research involves human behavior with and without Smartphones that reveal astonishing results.
Here are some observations that you cannot deny.
1. When one partner is saying something the other is busy on a Smartphone creating a communication gap.
2. This communication gap further lowers trust and empathy level.
3. Strangers on first date talk more when they are without a Smartphone rather than with one.
4. Smartphones that open and create wider social aura but actually minimizing the close communication between two people.

While I dont completely agree or disagree with it, smart phones just like most things can be a relationship killer. What most dont take into account is that moderation of anything, be it texting, sleeping, drinking, even work is the key to a stable and healthy relationship. without moderation one will spend to much time and effort aty one or more activies and his / her partner will quickly loose interest.
