You can record you own videos up to 30 seconds in length and save via your internal website webcam. You can also do video chat with other people. One another feature I like is that you can also upload your profile photo using your mobile phone via MMS.

Loopylove seems to have a good member base with members across different parts of mainly UK.
Most of the members are in the age group between 20’s and 40’s and profile information is fairly detailed. This makes this site a contender for serious dating.
