That is what we have come to. Lawsuits to put unqualified people into jobs that they have no business doing. Don't misunderstand me, I have no problem at all with a six foot, two hundred pound woman that can carry a ladder and do the same job as a man firefighter. I am talking about the lawsuits that put unqualified people into jobs.
