When replying to respondents of your post it is good to follow good etiquette and not get fired up if you feel the response is weak or not relevant.
Most people are responding on the fly and they may not have the right answer to the post.
Give it time and others will respond to your post and continue the thread of discussion.
When you need to make a response do so cordially and thanking the respondent with the information they have provided.
Generally it’s a good idea to provide complete information as possible if the respondent is asking for more information.
Remember what you may take for granted may not necessarily be the case with your respondents, so be explicit in your description of the issue, question etc but try to summarize it so it’s understandable by someone of reasonable intelligence.
