Let’s get down to our topic of what we can do to improve our chances of having dates and not just wannabe dates but dates that you really want with the people that you like.
Think of the steps to acquiring a date which essentially involves an introduction to that person and then actual asking them out on a date.
Here is our first stumbling block, because most of us already know this and have already fast forwarded to the eventful time of where we picture ourselves asking the person for a date.

thinking too much of that eventful time can make you anxious
Naturally this scenario gets replayed over and over again in our heads, trying to figure out the exact time and place and when the mood is just right to ask the person.
This only complicates the issue and will eventually make you anxious, and may even hold you back from ever asking that person out.
