About me and who I am looking for :
Hi! My name is Kate and I am a 19 year old student going for journalism and creative writing. My goal in life is to uncover the truth and broadcast it to the general public. I Might not look the most athletic, but I love to constantly be on the move. I have ADHD and it definitely shines through after the sun goes down. Didn't they say "everything gets hotter once the sun goes down"? Well, that describes my life to a "T". Other than the night time hours, I also love the outdoors. I love to camp, hike, swim, bike, and play in the mud and puddles after a storm. Though, if I have my way, I am out in it before the rain ever stops. I hardly ver watch TV and would prefer to spend my time socializing and meeting new people. I love to help people and do whatever I can to make their lives better in some way or another. I will do this in any way I can, unless it deals with hiding the truth, because that is one thing I just won't do. I love kids, and I plan to have some in a few years. Right now I am pretty preoccupied watching my neices and nephews for my older sister. The two girls are 5 and 7 and the two boys are 12 and 16. They keep my pretty busy and they test my patience daily. I also love animals. Cats are my favorite, but I also enjoy dogs, horses, snakes and sharks. I have a four month old kitten who is hell on legs. He really just likes to play, but sometimes he bites a little too hard. And by sometimes I mean, all of the time. Even though I want kids, I refuse to be a stay at home mom. Sorry, but I will not be going down that traditional route. In fact I hardly do anything the traditional way.

My life style? That's an odd question! I am not completely sure how to answer that one, but I can definitely tell you that it is beyond crazy. I live with my older sister, her husband and their four kids. there is usually at least 15 people in te house at all times. The most that have been here while I have been was about 35, 40 people, most of them being children under the age of 13. Besides the family, I like to go out and keep busy. I absolutely hate being bored. I like to stay active, which until last OCtober I was unable to do since of a medical issue. It's all gone now, haha! Right now I am just a student, but I am continually looking for a job so that would definitely add more to the craziness. I am always running on high, so when I crash, I crash. There is hardly ever an "inbetween". I try to eat healthy and illiminate the salt and sugar intake, but it doesn't always happen that way. I am trying to quit smoking, and that has been an issue. I used to use, I don't any more. So...

I am going to school to be a journalist and a writer. At the moment I do whatever jobs come my way to help me get through school. I am not picky except for the fact that I am afraid of hot grease. I have money comming in every month, even when I am not working, but that just pays my rent and food. It doesnt pay for anything extra. Money doesn't mean a thing to me once it pays for all of my needs. I don't need excess money in my pocket to make me happier. As long as I have good people in my life, I couldn't care less. My future dream job is a world famouse journalist, and this means that I will have to travel alot. I can't wait to see the world beyoung the coasts. And yes, I am counting my chickens before they hatch, becuase these little buggers are going to hatch. I can tell you that much. Either that or die. That's how I look at it. To me it is an ultimatum: Set your goals and achieve them, otherwise you have no use in this place. It might be harsh, but it is true. Just be realistic!!
